Objectives

¨ To contribute to the empowerment of women, enabling them to exercise their rights of citizenship through the formation, qualification, support and promotion of political participation.

¨ To elevate individual and collective leadership by fortifying the technical, methodologic and political abilities of women at all levels.

Specific objectives

¨ To promote and facilitate formative and organizational  processes in the communities to strengthen the political participation of the members of the groups with which we work and the members of the collective. 

¨ To promote the construction of democratic relationships between the participants in the different ethnic groups with which we work, in order to contribute to the deconstruction of all forms of discrimination.

¨ To drive the Training, Development, Management, and Evaluation of productive projects to elevate and better the quality of life of the women in our communities.
